Fulfilling and shipping orders is more than just a job to me. It’s fulfilling my childhood dream ever since I ruled the post office station in kindergarten! :) I loved stamping, packaging, and sending off my ‘orders’ to destinations far and wide, imagining the recipients’ excitement as they opened their mailbox.

Shipping Method & Timeframe
Earrings: We use Canada Post’s shipping services and carefully compare their rates to find the fastest, most cost-effective and efficient shipping method for your package. Canada Post’s standard and expedited shipping service typically delivers within 2-9 business days within Canada for regular parcels and oversized regular mail.
Please note that oversized regular mail does not include tracking or insurance and Oceans Bliss cannot be held responsible for undelivered or lost mail. For orders with free shipping, please understand that once your package has been dispatched, Oceans Bliss cannot be held responsible for undelivered or lost mail. If you’d like added security, I recommend contacting me and upgrading to an Express shipping option which has tracking.
Please Note: I personally handle all earring shipments, but I collaborate with a printing partner who prints and ships my prints and canvases.
Please Note: We cannot guarantee these time frames as weather, potential strikes and mail volume can affect the delivery times.
Nature Prints & Canvases: I collaborate with a trusted printing and shipping partner to fulfill these products. They use a professional shipping service, and all packages include tracking.Processing time typically ranges from 3 to 10 days, depending on the time of year.
Holiday Shipping: Please contact me with your required date, and I’ll let you know what’s possible. For Christmas orders, I recommend placing them before December 1 to ensure timely delivery.
Oceans Bliss Holiday Hours: A notice will be shared on our homepage and social media when I am on a holiday. Our online shop remains open while we’re away and orders can still be placed. All purchases will be processed and shipped promptly upon our return. Thank you for your support and patience will I take a break with my family!
Tracking & Order Status
Canada Post’s standard shipping service provides tracking. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details which allows you to track your packages and receive notifications when the package has been delivered.
Oceans Bliss also provides delivery updates via email. You will receive an email when the status of your order changes to keep you updated on its progress.
Oversized letter mail with Canada Post does not provide tracking or insurance.
Nature Prints & Canvases: All packages include tracking. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
Shipping Costs, Free Shipping & Flat Rates
Nature Prints and Canvases: Free Shipping in Canada and a flat rate for USA.
Earrings: Free Canada-wide shipping on orders over $35, shipped via oversized regular mail with Canada Post. Orders under $35 will incur a $5 shipping fee, also sent via oversized regular mail with Canada Post. Please note that oversized regular mail does not include tracking or insurance. For added security, you can upgrade to tracked shipping for $12

Domestic & International Shipping
We’re excited to announce that we also ship to the USA with a flat fee.

Order Processing Times
Upon receiving an order, we begin processing it immediately, which typically takes 1 to 10 days. We strive to ship as quickly as possible and aim to initiate the shipping process within 3 to 10 days. If an order is placed during a holiday, we kindly ask for your patience, as processing will begin on the next business day.
Please note that during seasonal times of high demand, our processing time may be slightly
longer, typically ranging from 5-12 days. We are located in a small town, and work with the local printer and we work diligently to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Custom Orders: Custom orders can take longer to process depending on the season. I will give you an approximate time frame when custom order is placed.
Potential Service Outages & Service Strikes
Oceans Bliss is located in a remote place in the mountains of BC, as such we can face a
potential service outages, postal strikes and other unforeseeable issues that are beyond our control. In the event of a delay to your order, we’ll notify you promptly by email.

Returns & Refunds
Earrings: Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, refunds or exchanges are not available.
Digital Downloads: Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and I unable to issue refunds. So please make sure you read the listing thoroughly to ensure the file you are purchasing meets your requirements.
Nature Prints & Canvases: To initiate a return, simply CONTACT US via email within 30 days with your refund request, and include the proof of purchase, product details, purchase date, email associated with the
purchase, and the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you
received them, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. If the returned
merchandise does not satisfy these requirements, it may not qualify for a refund.
It is important to note that the return policy does not cover damage caused by improper handling
or use of the item(s).
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. Once you initiate a
return request, we will send you details on how to return the item(s), including the shipping
address.
Please be sure to keep your return shipping receipt as proof with the tracking information.
Digital Downloads are non returnable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
