Thank you for shopping at Oceans Bliss. In the case that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase I would like to help! Our Return Policy is designed to make sure that you have a hassle-free experience.

Earrings: Due to the nature of our earring products and for hygienic reasons, refunds or exchanges are not available. I kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. I’ll be happy to evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. Once your items are in your hands, they are your responsibility to care for. Unfortunately, I cannot replace items that become broken or damaged after delivery. Thank you for your understanding!

Digital Downloads: Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and I unable to issue refunds. So please make sure you read the listing thoroughly to ensure the file you are purchasing meets your requirements.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts. However, the good news is that they never expire, giving you ample time to make a purchase that you’ll love.

Returns on Nature Prints & Canvases: To initiate a return, simply CONTACT US via email within 30 days with your refund request, and include the proof of purchase, product details, purchase date, email associated with the purchase, and the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. If the returned merchandise does not satisfy these requirements, it may not qualify for a refund.

I guarantee that your product will be free of production defects or damage, including shipping and printing issues. If any defects occur, I will replace it or send a new one. However, it is important to note that the return policy does not cover damage caused by your improper handling or use of the item(s).

Shipping Your Return: 

Nature Prints & Canvases: Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. Once you initiate a return request, we will send you details on how to return the item(s), including the shipping address.

Please be sure to keep your return shipping receipt as proof with the tracking information.

Refunds

Once we receive your qualifying return request, it typically takes about 5-14 business days for it to arrive at our location and be processed for a refund. After we approve your refund, we will notify you of the status of your return and credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
