When you find yourself in a moment of profound bliss and happiness, pause and take a conscious mental note of the experience. Acknowledge that you’re in a special moment that you want to remember and preserve.
- Center yourself in this moment, and feel this moment with all of your being. Start breathing in everything around you as you connect with God. Inhale the scents around you, absorb the colours of the scene, see yourself standing in the location, breathe it in deeply and FEEL this moment with all of your being.
- Now visualize your heart as a radiant bottle that is beginning to open as you continue to breathe and feel this moment.
- Hold out your hands palm up. Feel, see and imagine the blissful energy of the moment transforming into a sparkling, ethereal substance gathering in your hand, shimmering with the essence of your bliss. As you hold the sparkling substance in your hand, gently place your hands on your heart and pour it into the heart bottle. Visualize and feel the bottle filling up with the shimmering energy, encapsulating the blissful moment.
- As the heart bottle is filled, imagine consciously sealing the heart with the intention of preserving the memory and the positive emotions associated with it.
- Feel the warmth of the heart glowing in your chest, and imagine the beautiful energy, this sparking bottled bliss is now a part of you.
Whenever you need a boost of bliss n’ positivity, take a moment to close your eyes and envision your heart holding the bottled bliss. Feel the energy radiating from it, and mentally uncork the bottle. As you “open” the bottle in your visualization, let the sparkling energy flow out.
