Share The Bliss
Hello Beautiful Friends!
Get ready for the most fabulous and anticipated annual event – a seasonal fashion show like no other!
Welcome back to Oceans Bliss Portal! Prepare to be blown away because nature is showing off its colours and mind-blowing shapes, rocking starfish-inspired designs like the ultimate fashion show!
These beautiful creatures take center stage, captivating my interest year after year. As the temperature begins to warm up, these gorgeous creatures come out to play and strut their stuff on the coastal rocks. I eagerly await their grand entrance, a dazzling display that proves the vibrant vitality of our treasured marine ecosystems.
As you can see, these starfish are absolutely stunning with their bright and bold colours. And they love nothing more than taking a leisurely stroll along the coastal runway. It’s almost like their own version of the Walk of Fame!
Have you ever wondered why they are bright pink and purple. Well, it turns out that these colours are actually a defense mechanism for the starfish. They use their bright colours to blend in with their surroundings and avoid predators on the coastal runway.
So mark your calendars and prepare for the most blissful fashion extravaganza nature has to offer. With each passing year, we gain a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness between starfish and the health of our oceans. It’s a reminder to cherish and protect these delicate ecosystems that provide us with so much life.
So, my fellow fashion enthusiasts of the natural world, let’s enjoy this yearly blissonal-show, and take action to ensure their continued existence. Together, we can be the guardians of their coastal runway and advocates for the thriving oceans they represent and let this seasonal fashion show ignite our passion for marine conservation.

BLISS BUILDING TECHNIQUE: APRIL OBSERVATIONAL DIARY
Choose a subject in nature and document its changes and observations throughout the month of April. By marking the calendar and repeating the process every year, you can create a rich collection of notes, pictures, and dates that document the subject’s annual transformations.
- Choose a subject in nature that captivates your interest. It could be a specific tree, a particular flower, a bird species, or any other element of nature that undergoes noticeable changes during the month of April.
- On your calendar, mark the beginning of April as a reminder to start your observations.
- Make it a habit to observe your chosen subject regularly throughout the month. Aim for at least one observation per day, but it’s perfectly fine if circumstances allow for more or less frequent observations.
- Record your observations in a dedicated notebook. Include details such as the date, time, weather conditions, and any notable events or changes you observe. Describe the subject’s appearance, behaviour, and any interactions with other organisms in its environment.
- Alongside your notes, capture the subject’s visual representation through sketches or photographs. These visual records can serve as valuable references to compare changes over time.
- At the end of each April, take time to review your notes and visual documentation. Reflect on the patterns and changes you observed throughout the month. Analyze the data and look for any trends or unique observations that emerge from year to year.
- Make the April Observational Diary a yearly tradition. Repeat the process each April, building upon your previous observations and expanding your knowledge of the subject. Over time, you will develop a comprehensive and unique understanding of the subject’s yearly cycles and transformations.
